Fire, Family, Friends, & woodfired Lamb Cutlets

Winter is nearly upon us & the Footy season has started. We regularly invite family and friends over to watch the game and without fail we fire up our chiminea and cook pizzas & or lamb cutlets.

This week it was lamb cutlets. So easy!! Simply season with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill for approx. 5-10 minutes or until ready, flip once or twice during that time and you’re done. Serve with mint sauce & or tzatziki dipping sauce & some wedges of lemon.

It’s such a simple, hassle-free way to entertain, feed guests & keep them cosy!! Our house is always the preferred place for gatherings. Everyone loves the atmosphere of the cracking fire & you can’t go past the mouthwatering flavours of wood fired cooking!
